- Analyzing sales trend and market demand, which is retail/corporate market or tour for group or retail.
- Plan, prepare and finalize itineraries (travel, meetings, incentive, and tour plans) for FIT & corporate customers
- Manage team and subordinate, monitor and achive sales in growth and profitability.
- Review competitor in surrounding area for choosing strategic and action plan to be the market leader.
- Implementation of action plan into achieving sales target, profit and cost control realization monthly and annually.
- Managing daily operations.
- Managing daily ticketing.
- Event Management.
- Managing inbound, outbond tour and umroh.
- Managing financial budgets.
- Maintaining good relationship with new customer or repeater customer.
- Handling Complains effectivelly and responsive.
- Ready with target.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Ticketing, Tour Operation, Tour Management.
- Preferably understand and able to handle Umrah and Hajj program.
- Excellent English (Written and spoken) is a must.
- Preferably understand about Umroh regulation and regular program.
- Open Minded, Dynamic, flexible and warm-hearthy characters with the CAN-do attitude.
- Able to work under pressure (Achieve target); responsible and service-minded.
- Capable of serving request product tour (FIT/GIT).
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Having a good selling, presentation, & communication skill, possessing a strong passion in tour & travel world.
