    Job Descriptions
    • Upsell & Cross-Sell Manager
    • Develop and execute strategic campaigns via appropriate marketing channels (Website, Social Media, Call Centre, etc) to drive upsell and cross-sell of our current patient, with the goal of driving engagement and retention 
    • Collaborate with a multitude of internal department in the hospital to drive upgrades, be the SME on targeting for upgrade marketing
    • Partner with Product Analyst to create cohesive and easy upgrades flows to drive upgrades
    • Partner with Marketing and Sales team to sync on co-marketing efforts, offers and ensure catchment strategy is aligned with their marketing campaigns as well as integrate upgrades into applicable customer touch points.
    • Project manage all levels of milestones, tasks, and dependencies across all relevant departments when it comes to launching and sun setting campaigns 
    • Ensure that all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics which are executed, tracked, and analysed in a timely manner
    • Manage all conversion data and consistently monitor performance of in-market campaigns as well as regularly report on performance of past campaigns
    • Call Centre Representative /Sales Responsibilities
    • Ensure management of large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
    • Supervise Telephone Operator to continuously identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
    • Work with each department to develop marketing model to seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise and effectively cross-sell ancillary products to provide a complete benefit package offering
    • Pipeline management, follow-up and evaluation to ensure highest possible conversion.
    • Consistently meet and/or exceed monthly conversion goals.
    • Remain current on products and processes in a multi-product environment.
    • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
    • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
    Requirements
    • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or related field
    • 3 years of marketing experience in a mix of strategy and execution across multiple channels (e. g. display, email, in-app, etc.).
    • Advanced experience using data to develop a personalized targeting strategy
    • Good attention to detail.
    • Positive attitude and ability to operate in a fast paced environment with ambiguity
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data, influence others, and build relationships.
    • Willing to be placed on Lippo Village (Karawaci, Tangerang)
