    Job Descriptions:
    • Maintain all correspondence with SGS affiliate for any format required
    • Maintain any report request by superior
    • Entry data
    • Filing document
    • At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures
    • At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct
    • Minimum D3 graduates
    • Customer focused individual with lots of initiative.
    • Must be able to work independently without immediate instructions or direct and constant supervision.
    • Self starter, independent worker.
    • Able to handle confidential information.
    • Open minded to continuous improvement. Willing to contribute with ideas and recommendations.
    • Team player.
    • Able and willing to expedite issues with other staffs from other departments including technical staff, finance also other managers in SGS when it is felt that inaction could result in reduced satisfaction of customers (internal and external)
    • Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal, written and comprehension)
    • Additional training courses in administration
    • Has adequate knowledge and understanding on global harmonized procedure
    • Has a good skill in analyzing data for supporting the business
    • Has a good knowledge and understanding other Microsoft software such as Microsoft office
