    • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
    • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English Language).
    • Strong organization, project and data management skills.
    • Friendly and personable demeanor.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
    • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Sorting out post, letter, package, order.
    • Answering and receiving calls, documents correspondence both offline and online
    • Order office stationery supplies
    • Greet and serve clients
    • Make an office agenda
    • Develop and maintain a filing system
    • Organizing and maintaining personnel records
    • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
    • Able to operate Microsoft Office
    • Familiarity with the use of office equipment i.e. fax, photocopiers etc.
    • Ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility where necessary
    • etc, (based on Supervisor's request)
