    Responsibilities:
     
    • Reporting Monthly closure of books of accounts and preparation of financials within time lines.
    • Review of receivables ageing and providing ELM working to management accounting team.
    • Inventory ageing analysis and discussing the same with supply chain management and presentation in S&OP
    • Working with Controller and Business Head to prepare and finalise Annual Operating Plan (budgets) and track profit / loss performance by business unit and on consolidated basis.
    • Audits – liaison with auditors for Annual Statutory audit – preparation and presenting the information to auditors, Quarterly limited review by auditors  – preparation and presenting the information to auditors.
    • Working with the HR – for  Salary and others
    • Verification of expenses statements sent by employees and processing their payments.
    • Provide information and assist tax consultant  in assessments, tax audits etc.
    • Maintain banking relationships and negotiating loans and services for the company business.
    • Review daily cash balances with Treasury Team
    • Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively
    • Collection Follow up with sales team.
     
    Requirements:
     
    • Bachelor degree in Business or relevant field.
    • Minimal 5 – 10 years’ experience in finance and or accounting
    • Good computer skills (MS Office).
    • SAP knowledge
    • Good communicate in English.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • A team player with high level of dedication.
    • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
