    Job Description:
     
    • Work with business users (internal and external) to elicit and validate business needs for both new projects and change requests. 
    • Analyze user requirements and identify gaps within the system and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
    • Facilitate requirements workshops to engage various stakeholders such as front office, middle office, back office, compliance etc to ensure project meets business needs.
    • Document management – clear and concise requirements ensuring input from all relevant parties, with proper sign off and effective change and version control.
    • Drive day to day operational aspects of project management –this includes driving prioritization process, tracking tasks assigned to teams, delivery coordination to meet project schedule, quality and budget.
    • Engage external and internal stakeholders to meet project timeline - primarily client users, product, sales, engineering and QA teams, working closely with all to ensure effective and efficient implementation.
    • Deliver test strategy, test planning and test cases for User Acceptance Test (UAT)
    • Support the implementation process including the preparation of user manual or training material
    • Assist Business Owner in preparing and conducting UAT
    • Monitor closely the post implementation
    • Lead the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, development and testing
    • Liaise with technical team in the project implementation to meet the requirement
     
    Requirements:
     
    • Degree in an analytical, quantitative field such as computer science, engineering, business science is essential
    • Previous  Business Analysis or Project Management experience (5 years +) working within a software delivery environment or Fintech, Banking  or Ecommerce
    • Experience of the full Project lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
    • Strong analytical thinking, has good verbal and communication skill as well as presentation skill
    • Experience in digital or mobile solutions would be advantageous as well as experience in Financial Services
    • Having experience in programming is an advantage
    • Knowledge in database/SQL, Java, Web application.
    • Having technical background as technical analyst would be an advantage
    • Extensive knowledge of requirement gathering and Analysis using tools such as Jira / MS Office
    • English proficiency is a must, both oral and written
     
     
    Support Product Management and Development
    • Product Strategy – be aware of the changing landscape of eCommerce, financial services and cloud native technology - support Product Team in research and information contributing to development of product strategy.
    • Product Design / Development – understand what our clients need and gather / manage definition of functional and operational product requirements. 
    • Product Library – help us to communicate our services by supporting the creation and maintenance of directory, documentation and product capabilities offered to clients including both functional and non-functional capabilities. 
    Other
    • Collaboration – work with a wide range of stakeholders within technology, marketing and commercial will result in a coordinated approach to product development, creating short lines of communication to dedicated product teams
