    Job Responsibilities:
    • Answering help desk telephones and email, and responding to basic customer inquiries.
    • Assisting customers in resolving basic technical issues by providing scripted guidance regarding software and hardware issues.
    • Ability to resolve/refer complex technical problems through defined escalation process.
    • Logging and tracking inquiries using problem management database; and maintaining history records and related problem documentation.
    • Identify, evaluate and priorities customers' problems and complaints to ensure inquiries are resolved appropriately.
    • Possess strong analytical skills to resolve customers’ problems, complaints and handle feedback.
    • Feedback customer’s concerns to Team Manager for service improvement.
    • To update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
    • Fulfill Call Centre expectations by meeting set KPIs and contribute to expected team performance standard.
    Job Requirements:
    •  Diploma or Bachelor degree in computer science, information system or related major.
    •  Preferably with 1 years of technical/customer support experience - ideally working in a call center.
    •  Fresh Graduates are welcomed
    •  Self-motivated, actively thinking and result-oriented
    •  Experience with company escalation policy.
    •  Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
    •  Ability to balance and priorities work; and working in a team environment.
    •  Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
    •  Preferably with 1 years experience in related fields.
    •  Good command of oral and written English.
    •  Expert multi-tasker.
